It was narrated from Ibn ‘Abbas that the Prophet (ﷺ) said:“We are the last of the nations, and the first to be brought to account. It will be said: ‘Where is the unlettered nation and its Prophet?’ So we are the last and the first.”

عبداللہ بن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ہم آخری امت ہیں اور سب سے پہلے حساب کے لیے بلائے جائیں گے، کہا جائے گا: امت اور اس کے نبی کہاں ہیں؟ تو ہم اول بھی ہیں اور آخر بھی ۔

İbn-i Abbas (r.a.)'dan rivayet edildiğine göre; Nebi (Sallallahu Aleyhi ve Sellem) şöyle buyurmuştur: Biz (dünyaya geliş bakımından) Ümmetlerin sonuncusuyuz ve (kıyamet günü) hesabı görüleceklerin ilkiyiz, (Kıyamet günü) "Ümmi olan ümmet ve Nebi'i nerededir?" denilir. । ইবনে আব্বাস (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত। নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেনঃ আমরা হলাম সর্বশেষ উম্মাত এবং সর্বপ্রথম আমাদের হিসাব গ্রহণ করা হবে। বলা হবে, উম্মী (নিরক্ষর) নবীর উম্মাত এবং তাদের নবী কোথায়? সুতরাং আমরা হলাম সর্বশেষ উম্মাত (দুনিয়াতে আগমনের দিক থেকে) এবং সর্বাপ্রথম উম্মাত (জান্নাতে প্রবেশের দিক থেকে)।
