4143- عن قيس بن مسلم قال: سألت الحسن بن محمد، عن قوله عز وجل: {واعلموا أنما غنمتم من شيء فأن لله خمسه} [الأنفال: ٤١] قال: «هذا مفاتح كلام الله الدنيا والآخرة لله» قال: " اختلفوا في هذين السهمين بعد وفاة رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، سهم الرسول وسهم ذي القربى، فقال قائل: سهم الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم للخليفة من بعده، وقال قائل: سهم ذي القربى لقرابة الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم، وقال قائل: سهم ذي القربى لقرابة الخليفة، فاجتمع رأيهم على أن جعلوا هذين السهمين في الخيل والعدة في سبيل الله، فكانا في ذلك خلافة أبي بكر وعمر "

Translate Hadith in English

It was narrated that Qais bin Muslim said:" Iasked Al-Hasan bin Muhammad about the saying of Allah, the Might and Sublime: 'and know that whatever of spoils of war that you may gain, verily, one-fifth of it is assigned to Allah. He said: 'This is the key to the Speech of Allah. This world and the Hereafter belling to Allah. He said: 'They differed concerning these two shares after the death of the Messenger of Allah, the share of the Messenger and the share of the near relatives (of the Messenger of Allah). Some said that the share of the near relatives was for the relatives of the Messenger, and some said that the share of the near relatives was for the relatives of the Khalifah. Then they agreed that these two shares should be spent on horses and equipment in the cause of Allah, and they were allocated for this purpose during the Khalifah of Abu Bakr and' Umar

আমর ইবন ইয়াহইয়া (রহঃ) ... কায়স ইবন মুসলিম (রহঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, আমি হাসান ইবন মুহাম্মদকে (وَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّمَا غَنِمْتُمْ مِنْ شَيْءٍ فَأَنَّ لِلَّهِ خُمُسَهُ) এই আয়াত সম্পর্কে জিজ্ঞাসা করলে, তিনি বলেন, এটি (অর্থাৎ বণ্টনে আল্লাহর উল্লেখ এই হিসেবে যে এটি) দুনিয়া ও আখিরাতে আল্লাহর কালামের চাবি (অর্থাৎ সূচনা) দুনিয়া ও আখিরাত তোমরা আল্লাহরই। তবে রাসূলের এবং রাসূলের নিকটাত্মীয়ের অংশের ব্যাপারে রাসূলুল্লাহ্ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এর ইনতিকালের পরে মতভেদ দেখা দিয়েছে। কেউ কেউ বললেনঃ রাসূলুল্লাহ্ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এর অংশ তাঁর পরে খলীফার প্রাপ্য। কেউ কেউ বললেনঃ আত্মীয়দের অংশ রাসূলুল্লাহ্ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এর আত্মীয়দের প্রাপ্য। কেউ বললেন, আত্মীয়দের অংশ খলীফার আত্মীয়দের জন্য। অবশেষে সকলে এ কথায় একমত হলেন যে, এই অংশদ্বয় ঘোড়া এবং যুদ্ধাস্ত্র ক্রয় করার জন্য ব্যয় হওয়া উচিত। আবু বকর এবং উমর (রাঃ)-এর সময় এই দুই অংশ এভাবেই ব্যয় হতো।
