4943- عن أيمن قال: «لم يقطع النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم السارق إلا في ثمن المجن، وثمن المجن يومئذ دينار»

It was narrated that Ayman said:"The Prophet did not cut off the (hand of) the thief except for the value of a shield, and the value of a shield in those days was a Dinar." (Daif)

মাহমূদ ইবন গায়লান (রহঃ) ... আয়মান (রহঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ্ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লামঢালের সমপরিমাণ মূল্যের জন্য চোরের হাত কাটতেন। আর সে সময় ঢালের মূল্য ছিল এক দীনার।
